SPA & Welness Quality Forum

1.    Genereral rules
1.1    SPA & Wellness Quality Forum and Wellness Cuisine Festival, referred to as a Conference in the later parts of the Statute, takes place between 24 – 25 June 2008 in Magellan hotel in Bronisławowo
1.2    The Comfortum Company with its seat in Łódź and Magellan Hotel in Bronisławowo are the Conference organizers
1.3    The regulations of the herein Statute are an integral part of the participation Application in the Conference and are to obliged by all Participants
1.4    Participants of the Conference are hotel owners, SPA facilities managers, investors, nutrition experts.

2.    Rules of participation

2.1    Regulations
2.1.1    The organizer is sending Application Forms as an invitation to the Conference on the conditions included in the Statute
2.1.2    Application Forms are to be found at www.forumspa.pl
2.1.3    Conference Application
a)    Participant is obliged to fill in the Application Form and to send it to the Conference Organizer in an electronic form, via fax or mail.
b)    Participant is obliged to make a payment of 100% of the ordering value (gross) up till the given deadline, found in the form.
2.1.4    Signed Application Form and confirmation of payment are definite obligations of the Conference Participant on the basis of rules presented in point 2 of the Statute and are equal to undersigning a contract.
2.1.5    The Organizer has the right to ban a Participant from taking part in a Conference in the case when no payment was made, within the deadline found in the application form
2.1.6    The final deadline for submitting application forms expires on the 23 June 2008. Participants enrolling after this deadline will not be able to fully benefit from the Conference offer.

2.2    Canceling of participation in the Conference
2.2.1    A Participant may resign from participation in the Conference. The resignation from the Conference should be submitted in a written form.
2.2.2    In the case of Participant’s resignation from the Conference the Organizer is allowed to:
a)    0% of the ordering value (gross) in the case when the Participant resigns from participation in the Conference within 14 days before it starts
b)    100% of the ordering value (gross) in the case when the Participant resigns from participation in the Conference after the time referred to in 2.2.2. a)
2.2.3    The Organizer has the right to change the speakers owing the circumstances beyond its control. The Participant has the right to receive compensation from the Organizer
2.2.4    The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Conference owing the circumstances beyond its control. In such case the resignation from participation in Conference is made without expenses. At the same moment the Organizer does not cover the additional costs taken by the Participant.

3.    Prices and terms of payment
3.1    Prices and terms of payment for the participation in the Conference are set in Application Forms.
3.2    Payer (addressee of the invoice) is a person who orders specific services, connected with the participation at the Conference. If the person who orders while filling in the Application Form nominates a third party (individual or legal entity) as a payer , then the nominated payer should, on a given Form, place a statement of taking over the payer’s obligation, created at the moment of ordering services. The responsibility of the payer and the ordering party towards the Organizer is equal.
3.3    Lack of making payment for the participation in the Conference within the given deadline stated in the Application Form enables the Organizer to resign from the contract, without taking any compensational responsibility.

4.    Complaints
4.1    All complaints of the Conference Participants towards the Organizer should be submitted in a written form using registered mail at the Organizers address.
4.2    Complaints of the Conference Participants may be submitted no later than within 14 days from the end of the Conference
4.3    After the given deadline passes no complaints shall be considered

5.   Final resolutions
5.1   In the case when the Conference will not be held on the Organizer’s fault, , the Organizer will compensate all the made money transfers taken by Participants on the given bank accounts.
5.2   In the case when the Conference will not be held owing the circumstances beyond Organizer’s control, Participants are allowed compensation or a refund of any payments made connected with participation in the Conference, as well as the costs of additional services ordered by Conference Participants from the Organizer.
5.3   All the disputes that may appear as a result of participation in the Conference will be dealt with by a particular court of law.
5.4   By the personal signature in the application form the Participants agrees to act according to this Statute and to obey all the regulations made between the Participants and the Organizer.
5.5   In matters not regulated by the herein Statute, rules on the Civil Code are applied.
